How many detox headphones were made

Cutting-edge stuff in a pre-radio world! Engineer Nathaniel Baldwin invented the first pair of audio headphones resembling modern day pairs at his kitchen table in The Navy ordered pairs, not knowing that Baldwin was making them by hand. Early models were nothing more than mini speakers covered in cardboard and sofa foam, but their impact was immense. Rather than make do with radio communication equipment and aviation hardware, Jazz lover Koss came up with something purely for music — and he helped fuel a revolution in the way people listened to it.

I briefly auditioned the Beats Pro yesterday and I have to say that they didn't sound as bad as I expected. They were actually pretty decent, the bass was very strong but it didn't overpower the mids and highs as much as the lower Beats models.

I would say the sound quality was comparable to the HD II. But I can buy the Sennheisers for half the price of the Beats and I don't look like some wannabe rapper with those. I'm suprised not more companies say such as Sony which would be fit for this kind of marketing is putting out more stylish headphones without compromising on the sound quality.

Style wise, nothing beats Beats with their stylish looking headphone. If u insist on beats then Studios hands down. Beats are nice headphones but for the price, You can buy better trust me I. They remind me of the hi-bass car stereos people would park outside of block parties back when I was a kid.

They didn't have the clarity of my HDs, but the sound signature was different enough for me to not hate on it. I sort of had a chuckle at the box for it.

I think they're incredibly inelegant and would never want to wear them in the Parisian subway unless they sounded amazing. There's just something wrong with the two cups sticking from your ears like an ET. And then there's the colours, the shiny but cheap plastic, the red cord, etc. I even find the HD better looking, because at least it's not trying to do something and failing at it. It's not because a product tries to be stylish that it actually is.

I remember a few years ago white skulls on black scarfs suddenly burst into the fashion zone, only to disappear six months later - thank god, that was massively ugly. One good indicator of style is time : if something still look as fresh now as it did 20 years ago, then it's a good indication of a good design. I'm not so sure Beats will remain "stylish" in the future. On the other hand I find the Detox much better looking and the build to be decent.

I seriously cannot see the ET part on Beats. I'm pretty sure they all curved all over and not pointy at some weird direction like ET ears.

For sure I would not spend 50 , but let's say from to !? Or do I need for this experience? I am a user, not audiophile in the classic way. I am I use to listen to a lot of live music, guitar and singing I like a wide stage, clear voice and a warm sound. Any suggestion s or a link to learn the basics of being a " high fidelity person" Sorry for writing this here. Thank you. An important thing to note is that there is no accounting for personal taste.

Without knowing what sort of frequency response you like, it is very difficult to give useful advice easy to give advice that simply appears to be useful, however. Personally, I don't buy anything anymore without first auditioning it, but I realize that's not possible for everyone. My hands down favorite is the Focal Clear. Some people don't like it, though, and I have to say I'm not really a fan of the Elear for some reason.

In your stated price range, my favorites are the TH-x00 and the now-discontinued PM-3, depending on how much bass you want. If you like a brighter headphone, I would go with something from Beyerdynamic; if less bright, then Sennheiser. I say that because I have That number is subject to change as I acquire more.
